Privacy Policy

ProSwitcher does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app talks only to the video switcher on your own network.
What the app stores, and where
Everything ProSwitcher saves stays in the app's private storage on your own device. Nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else. That is:
- The IP addresses and names of switchers you have connected to, so the app can reconnect to them.
- Your app preferences — layout choices, hidden sources, whether the screen stays awake.
- A record of whether you have purchased ProSwitcher Pro or started the trial.
On Android, this information is included in the system's own app backup so that restoring onto a new device restores your settings and your Pro unlock. That backup is between your device and your Google account; it does not involve us.
What the app sends over the network
ProSwitcher sends control commands to your switcher over your local network, using the switcher's own protocol. To find switchers, it sends a short "hello" message to addresses on your local network and listens for replies. This traffic never leaves your network and never reaches us.
Photos
If you upload a still image to your switcher's media pool, ProSwitcher asks your device for that one image through the system photo picker, converts it, and sends it to your switcher. The image is not copied anywhere else, not retained by the app, and not uploaded to any server.
Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. The app asks the store whether this device has bought ProSwitcher Pro, and stores that answer locally so the app keeps working without an internet connection.
Children
ProSwitcher is a professional tool for controlling video equipment. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Your data, and deleting it
Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to hold, export or delete. Everything the app has saved is removed from your device when you uninstall it, or when you clear the app's storage in your device settings.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted at this same address with a new date at the top.
